Account Responsibilities
Provide accurate information, protect account credentials and update details when they change. Do not transfer an account, impersonate another person or create an account for someone without authority.
Respectful Conduct
Do not harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against or deceive another person. Unsolicited explicit content, scams, commercial solicitation, requests for money, unlawful activity and attempts to obtain confidential information are prohibited.
Member Content
You remain responsible for content you submit. You must have the right to use it and must not infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights. The service may review, restrict or remove content when needed to operate safely or enforce these terms.
Subscriptions and Payments
Current prices, renewal terms, included features and cancellation options should be displayed before purchase. Availability may vary by account, region or platform. The final terms must describe refund rights and mandatory consumer protections applicable to each launch market.
Safety
Comic Dating cannot verify every statement or guarantee another member's conduct. Use the available safety features, protect personal information and follow public-meeting guidance. Contact emergency services if there is immediate danger.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be limited or ended when an account violates these terms, creates risk, misuses the service or must be restricted by law. The final process should explain notices, appeals and the effect on active subscriptions.
Service Availability
Features may change and interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms should exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability language must be reviewed for every intended jurisdiction.
Changes and Contact
Material changes should be communicated through an appropriate notice. The final version must identify the contracting business and a reliable contact route.
